Agprop - Executive - Business Development/Onboarding (1-3 yrs)
Job Overview :
As an Onboarding Executive at Agprop, you will be a key player in bringing brokers onto our platform, ensuring they understand our technology, data tools, and the value Agprop brings to the real estate ecosystem. This role is essential to building strong, long-term relationships with brokers while ensuring they can leverage our innovative platform for maximum success. You will lead the onboarding process for brokers, help them integrate with the platform, and provide them with the necessary training and support to drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business generation: Responsible for generating business from qualified leads/references/research.
- Broker Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for real estate brokers, ensuring a smooth transition to the Agprop platform. This includes account setup, platform walkthroughs, and training on our data-driven tools and services.
- Platform Familiarisation: Educate brokers about Agprop's unique features, including fractional ownership, bidding and trading functionalities, and how they can utilise data insights to enhance their business operations.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, positive relationships with brokers, acting as their primary point of contact during the onboarding process and beyond, fostering long-term engagement with the platform.
- Training & Support: Deliver personalised training sessions, webinars, and documentation to ensure brokers understand how to effectively use the platform. Provide ongoing support to resolve issues and address questions.
- Feedback Collection & Insights: Actively gather feedback from brokers regarding their onboarding experience and platform usage. Share valuable insights with the product and operations teams to help enhance the platform.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track the progress of broker onboarding and engagement, providing reports to management on key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure brokers are successfully integrated into the platform and have all the tools they need to succeed.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to the onboarding process to ensure scalability, efficiency, and a seamless user experience for brokers.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience in real estate or technology-driven industries will be considered.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in real estate, broker relations, or client onboarding (preferably in a PropTech or SaaS environment).
- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry, especially brokerage operations, real estate transactions, and property investment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and digital platforms, including CRM software, real estate tools, and data analytics. Knowledge of PropTech solutions is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, actionable terms.
- Customer-Centric: A proactive, customer-first mindset, with the ability to build trust and resolve issues quickly.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve common goals and improve the overall broker experience.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle challenges during the onboarding process.
