AGM - Sales - Secure Power & Cooling Services Business (12-18 yrs)
Highly motivated Sales professional with rich experience 14-18 years of experience to join our Secure Power & Cooling Services Business as Services Sales for Mumbai location. This position will report to the National Sales Head - Key Accounts, Field Services
This - business-to-business- sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business from various Global Strategic Account / Country Targeted Account and the strong customer relationship, handle regions through dynamic sales team and derive the sales strategies based on the region dynamics. This position requires to be a people manager along the business and set up a strong team for the business
The candidate must be comfortable in selling Services Business related to Secure Power equipment (UPS) and Cooling (PAC) like Modernization / Up-Gradation / Recurring Services / Spare parts and various Digital services within various market segments.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for new business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing services solutions and products
- Sell a full range of services offers; requires consultative-selling skills
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Driving the sales team and grow the business
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Provide account management to an existing territory
- Responsible for tracking customer information
- Develop a high performance culture
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Must be a self-starter
- Should be a good people manager
- Solutions-selling experience (Retrofit of UPS, Lithium Ion Battery, Battery Monitoring etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics), marketing or related field of study will be an added advantage
- Analytical skill set, good presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
Travel :
Extensive travel required for meeting customers and partners.
