AGM - Sales - Mild Steel/Carbon Steel (12-15 yrs)

- Make market strategy and sales strategy and implement it
- Prepare long term sales scheme and implement and review
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Research and analyse sales options by using the company defined sales channel (Direct, Tie up, tender and Institute sales)
- Manage of enquiries / leads, conducting regular follow up of the entire team
- Provide quotations & commercial negotiation, tracking orders, communication with internal departments
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base of the team
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individuals and your team as a whole
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Maintain minimum inventory in warehouse and at vendor's location
- Responsible for bringing the fresh capital in the company.
- Responsible for achieving target for the Annual Operation Plan of the company.
- Prepare various Sales MIS and reports and present t senior management as and when required
