AGM - Sales/Business Excellence - Building Material/Consumer Durable/FMCG (10-15 yrs)
MBA- Marketing from reputed Institute.
Relevant working experience of minimum 10 years in building material, consumer durable or FMCG industry. Should be well versed with the use of IT tools - particularly, Distributor Management systems and CRM.
Job role :
- Help to operationalize sales strategy into operations.
- Process Improvement & Sales automation by spearheading process excellence in the Sales function and moving towards automating reducing manual interventions.
- Work alongwith RSMs, BMs, ASMs, in their respective markets and to help them build competencies to translate laid out objectives / KPIs.
- Why-Why analysis of what's preventing success at any place.
- Help Drive the right GTM(Go to Market) model.
- Aid on all Sales Automation projects coming up.
Data Analysis & Standardization :
- Active collaboration with the Regional Sales Managers to influence sales by empowering them with data analytics.
- Leading the MIS standardization reefing the data quality and driving performance measurability.
- Track and analyze targets, schemes, rebate programs, competition activities and improve ongoing reporting and analysis.
CRM Workflow Implementation & Management :
- Championing the Sales automation by leading a crossfuntional team in implementing Salesforce in the organization.
- Responsible for CRM customizations, automations, implementation to support the business requirements.
