Organization Relationships : Supervises External ( Dealer Marketing, Regional Marketing Agencies )
Co-ordinates with : All
- Internal Marketing, Sales & Aftersales, Purchase, Finance & Legal
- External Marketing agencies & dealer
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop & execute annual retail marketing plan jointly with local sales team keeping in mind brand and volume objectives
- Budget plan for the year broken down to key initiatives which are measurable, trackable through strong ROI approach
- Monthly, quarterly & annual reconciliation of spend, billing through internal finance, agency & dealer finance teams
- Develop key relationship with local media, BTL agencies to bring innovation across all our key initiatives
Job Specification :
Qualification : Graduate /Post Graduate ( Good to have)
Experience : 10+ years
Competencies :
a) Technical Understanding retail marketing of automotive business
- Field experience of working along with dealer and regional sales team
- Expert in designing trendsetting local campaigns that call consumers to action
- Understand & analyze sale traffic data across multiple sources
