AGM - LCL Import Sales - Clearing & Forwarding Firm (10-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle New Vertical of LCL Imports for the CFS
- Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer.
- Make daily sales calls/presentations and achieve monthly revenue/targets.
- Create and implement strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our solutions.
- Develop and Maintain Positive Customer Relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing.
- Making a plan of action, Pre-call preparation and maintaining accurate sales reports (Daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Preparing action plans and schedules to identify target market gathering data on the same.
- Establish and maintain relationship with clients.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation
- Responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
Desired profile of the candidate:
- The position is part of LCL Import business.
- The candidate should have a sound knowledge on LCL Import business in Chennai Area and Bonded Trucking of LCL Import Cargo to hinterland ICDs.
- Proven success in complete sales ability and good knowledge of sales process and exposure in Identifying, & generating LCL Import business and achieve monthly revenue/targets.
- To work independently and generate business from the day one
- Knowledge of Tamil language is essential
