What this job involves -
- Responsible to achieve desired transaction revenue goals as a key team member with equal focus on Luxury Residential Sales. Being an effective solution provider to the HNI/UHNI segment by acquiring such clients and helping them with buying decisions end to end. Ability to establish and maintain active relations with UHNI/Promoters/SME's will be crucial for success.
- The incumbent should be able to understand macro and micro economic environment, competitive landscape, consumer life cycle journey progression
- Conduct Extensive Market Research to analyze and assess market potential, track competitor activities and provide valuable inputs to fine-tune sales, marketing and expansion strategies
- Work on creating a healthy sales funnel from self, channel partners/sub franchises as well as organisation led lead generation activities
- Mapping client needs to appropriate projects with a consultative approach with the end goal of monetizing such needs to organisations benefit
- Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns and several other sales origination activities to create an effective brand presence, sales closures and networking
