Job Profile :
- Generate business opportunities for use of company standards & services across Industry sectors for achieving targets.
- Study and understand client supply chain business processes and conceptualise solutions based on company standards.
- Should possess strong techno-commercial skills, excellent client relationship building capabilities and demonstrated result orientation.
- Need to keep abreast with global developments on emerging technologies, applications related to IoT, blockchain, AI etc. and on how they can be deployed to enhance supply chain performance across organisations.
- Extensive interaction would also be required with Govt. bodies, Regulators and Industry at the highest levels to enable wide adoption of company global standards across Retail, Healthcare, Agriculture, Railways, Defence, T&L sectors.
Desired skillsets :
- Experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably of ERP/CRM/BPM software solutions/ consultative selling.
- Ability to think out of the box and conceptualize innovative & creative solutions.
- Fast learner with ability & willingness to adapt to new technologies & changing business environment with direct selling experience to large enterprises.
- Must be highly creative, result oriented and self-motivated individuals with ability to understand technologies and generate revenue.
- Excellent presentation, written, communication skills and maturity to interact at very senior levels in Industry/Govt.
- Be an excellent team player/leader to achieve individual & overall targets with collective efforts.
Experience :
- 17-20 years in similar role with proven track record of which at least 3 years should be in senior position handling Business Development responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- Engineering graduate (CSE/ECE/IT), preferably with MBA from reputed Institutions.
