AGM - Enterprise Sales - Electronics/FMCD/Security Devices (6-15 yrs)
Job Objective : Generate continuous incremental profitable business through enterprise sales
Primary Responsibilities :
- Identify & develop new key accounts and nurturing them to strategically secure profitable business & relationship building with decision makers & key buyers / influencers
- Make presentations and handle Pre Sales Activity - Specifying, Quoting Tenders, inputs on RFQ/RFP, analysis and solution design
- Put across company's bid on Tender /design RFP/ Solution design for CCTV, networking & storage equipment's and Audio Video Solutions
- Complete ownership towards bid tenders which includes pre-bid and post-bid customer interactions.
- Interface with allied vendors/System integrators and other strategic partners in bid process.
- Ensuring competent Techno commercial Proposals with active participation in Pre Bids,
- Ensuring end Customer coordination with System integrator to ensure linear order inflow and timely payments.
- Forecast short and long term revenue which are in line with company's growth trajectory
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential system integrators, Consultants, key influencers and Architects
- Identify, network and appoint strong and reliable System integrators, consultants and Architects through market intelligence
- Analyze and review the market trends/competitor activities and convey the same to management with comments/ suggestions.
- Resolving outstanding issues on periodically
- Mentoring team under, thus creating environment that fosters development and motivates high performance
- Create comfortable Brand recall
Knowledge and Skills Required
- B.Tech in IT/Electronics/Computers/Telecommunication
- MBA/PGDM in sales/Marketing with minimum 6 years of experience in project/enterprise business
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills & strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
- Strategic, result oriented and customer oriented mindset
- Pervasive presenter using structured questioning skills and active listening
- Should possess consultative problem solving and decision making competency
- An out of the box thinker
