AGM/DGM - Marketing (7-20 yrs)
1. Appoint agencies (Creative, PR, Digital and Media) basis their portfolio, reference check and work done for us. Also negotiate and finalise with managements consent.
2. Design strategy for creative, PR, digital and media for the group, brands and product.
3. Prepare and execute monthly calendar for marketing activities.
4. Brief agencies for the set objective.
5. Ensure the smooth operation within the team as well as with agencies.
6. Update management with the latest happening in the real estate space.
7. Coordinate with Sales department to get the first hand information from the buyers and market sentiments.
8. Focus on the lead generation for the sales team through across medium.
9. Manage brand building and engagement initiatives.
10. Conceptualize and implement ATL / BTL initiatives towards brand building.
11. Manage day-to-day activities associated to related marketing efforts, including, creative development, cross-functional implementation and campaign tracking.
12. Interface between agencies, strategic partners & vendors.
13. Keeping track of the marketing intelligence, real estate industry news and updates.
14. Monitor & Review on all the Marketing Activity and Results.
15. Supporting the sales staff with the marketing collaterals.
16. Post activity/campaign analysis and ROI
17. Work on the 360 degree of marketing, brand awareness and lead generation activity.
