AGM/DGM/GM - Sales - Dairy (12-18 yrs)
- Translate business strategy/ plans into financial/ bottom-line impact through effective management of sales and distribution for the Ambient Product line .
- Provide guidance in establishing and deploying service level agreements with various consignees and distributors
- Scan the environment to map customer requirements, segment markets and assist the VP / Management and the New Product Development Team in customizing offerings accordingly.
- Ensure development and implementation of systems and processes to enhance proximity to the customer and provide value added services; Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels
- Ensure development of Institutional customers and Modern trade channels, responsible for relationship management with key accounts
- Ensure accurate and periodic demand planning by involving the Sales and Distribution team
- Assist in the production planning process by assisting the COO (Supply Chain) with the requisite data
- Continually monitor the distribution channels and ensure efficiency of sales operations along with cost optimization
- Develop process and systems for end level product customization based on customer needs
- Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high performance team
- Identify critical skill sets required to achieve current and future business objectives
