Position: DGM/AGM - Business Development
Qualification: B.Tech / BE (EEE)
Experience: 15-20 years (15 to 20 years of experience of which a minimum of 10 years in EMS industry in key business development / Program management positions)
Age: 40 to 45 Years
Job Description:
- Accountable for Sales in the given geography for
- Revenue targets
- Profitability
- Market share
- To be the key touch point (including the first level escalation) for all major customers
- Develop sales plan and attainment of monthly / Annual Targets
- Prospecting new customers
- RFQ Management
- Techno-Commercial discussions with the customer
- Sales presentations
- Payment collection including credit exposure
- Repeat business
- Building the EMS business development team
- Support new product development by close collaboration with customers as well as internal teams.
- To represent the voice of customer within the company and influence the deliverables to customers.
- Adherence to systems and policies.
- Studying and updating on Market Trends.
- Working with International customers for EMS business development
Skills / Competencies Needed for the Position:
1. Should have independently handled a targeted sales volume leading a team of business development managers.
2. EMS manufacturing processes knowledge
3. Excellent Commercial Acumen.
4. Strong communication & negotiation skills
5. Planning and Organizing
6. Strong Networking and Relationship Building
