Job Description :
Key Result Area :
- Key window person for all export customers
- To build and maintain relationship on behalf of Global Autotech with potential and current customers in global market; and ensure that market opportunities within the area are identified and covered properly
- Planning, forecasting and assessing the revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Responsible for releasing Monthly/6 monthly/Annual schedules to operations based on customer requirement
- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/requirements
- Conducting product presentations, tech shows to prospective customers
- Interface and coordinate between customers, engineering/ Quality teams on product technical/Quality matters
- Customer response management
- Understanding of Incoterms
- Conducting feasibility study, cost meetings and preparing RFQ's for the customers
- Annual & Mid-term sales planning, sales monitoring and analysis
- Monthly MIS preparation for management review
- Develop knowledge about customer vehicle platforms, engine roll out plans, sourcing strategies
- Managing SOB and securing annual sales plan
- Develop, improve & strengthen relationships in target organisations for business development through constant visits and meetings
- Price negotiation, price correction, maintaining profitability of parts
- Acquire market knowledge, competitor's information, price strategies, product strategies, conducting competitor analysis for business unit growth and strategy building
- Participating in cost analysis and cost reduction of projects, working with engineering department on cost reduction/ VA-VE/Localisation projects
- Account receivables and reconciliation
- Establishing short/long term budgets in line with corporate strategies for achieving business targets
Skills Summary :
