Aglasem - Executive - Telecalling/Business Development/Customer Support (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Strong customer support knowledge via email, chat & inbound calling and outbound calls
- Have to solve the queries of the customer over Phone calls & email or chat.
- Able to Convince potential customers
- Follows up on customer inquiries and research to assure satisfactory completion.
- Conversion of leads received through various channels
- Understand the customer requirement and resolve the queries
- Excellent communication skills that will ensure effective conveyance of information and execution of duties in a cross-functional setting
- No cold calling, no door to door visits.
- Interact with potential students via inbound outbound chat/Call and help them enrol and solving query. The leads and required training is provided by us.
- A candidate must be customer-service oriented, demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease, be self-motivated and proactive, have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, have critical attention to detail, be able to prioritize.
- Analyse your work, plan your targets and achieve the same.
