Aglasem - Executive - Client Service (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. The position is responsible for providing a superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment.
2. Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgement
3. Client coordination regarding explaining test process, giving demo of the application, attending queries.
4. Calling candidates, verify identification, guide them about registration process and explain the exam process
5. Providing support to candidates and clients during the test process.
6. Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
Skills Required :
- Minimum 1 year of experience into similar role. Freshers with good written and verbal communication can also apply.
- Good convincing skills. Should be excellent in coordination and followup.
- Good at written and verbal communication and well versed with email etiquette.
