Agilis Advisors - Senior Manager/Director - Sales (2-5 yrs)
You Will:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Engage with interested incoming leads of potential clients.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and Linkedin.
- Prepare and pitch appropriate presentations on our services.
- Preparing price offers, negotiating and escorting the client up to the signature phase.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members including the marketing and tech teams to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Who are we looking for?
- You must have a solid understanding of Financial Markets, Capital Raising and M&A
- You have got 2-5 years of experience in sales.
- An Excellent grasp of English language and able to demonstrate good written skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to network and present effectively
- Highly motivated, energetic and driven
- Ability to work to short deadlines
- Team orientated
- Client-centric
