Agile Cockpit - Sales Role (2-9 yrs)
Experience : 2 - 8 years
Must Have:
- Excellent in Domestic / International Sales
- Good in cold calling & Lead Generation
- Right attitude- Zeal to learn and patience to grow
- Good selling ability
- Tact to deal with difficult people and situations
- Excellent with words
- Equal interest for an opportunity
- B2C & B2B Sales -Relevant experience in Domestic or International Sales (Europe and US market)
- Knack of dealing with people.
- Individual contributor role handling the entire sales cycle right from lead generation to final closure.
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
- Responsible for developing strategies, identifying new markets & industries in a geographical area
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as development of new client base.
- Generating sales leads through execution of aggressive and innovative selling efforts.
- Find opportunities to develop business by identifying the potential customers
Good to Have:
- Experience in selling Agile Training Programs.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of Agile groups products and services
- Knowledge of Agile and related frameworks, understanding the terms would be an added asset
- Prior experience in selling Professional training programs would be an - added advantage.
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
