1. Candidate should not be over 35 years of age.
2. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the market and good contacts with IATA agents.
Job Description:
1. The position needs to bring in clients (freight forwarders, manufacturers, etc.)
For daily cargo need of the airline.
2. The position must negotiate terms with clients and oversee network partners.
3. He/she must maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
4. Engaging in joint sales meetings and calls as required.
5. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
7. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
8. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
9. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
10. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
11. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
