Agencywaale - Manager - Performance Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Primary purpose of the role:
- Analyze and evaluate client briefs and requirement specific to various projects and design a strategy around performance marketing.
- Lead the team from the front with good coordination among other functions to deliver the best to the client.
- Be on the top of new trends, technology, algorithm related to the field.
- Provides an energy level that brings new and exciting ideas to the planning function and instills this in all employees assigned to his/her group.
Job Description :
- Understand and analyse the requirement from each client and categorize the requirement for further planning.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for clients and lead the projects.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and hacks.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Optimizing all channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met.
Skills
- Should possess knowledge on all forms of media Including TV, Radio, Print, OTT, Digital.
- Must be extremely accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to think strategically

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven problem solving ability
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Must have hands on knowledge and ability to use Hubspot marketing,Sprout Social, Semrush, MOZ, Facebook business manager and insights, Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
- 2 Plus years of Performance marketing experience
