About the Role :
As an Agency Support Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting in the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of a team of Insurance Advisors. You will help ensure the team meets their sales objectives by providing necessary tools, guidance, and leadership support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding Insurance Advisors to meet performance targets.
- Provide regular coaching and ensure the team has the right skills and support.
- Implement sales strategies to expand market reach and revenue generation.
- Track performance and provide feedback to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with senior managers to help transition to leadership roles.
Key Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for team development.
- Age: 22 to 38 years.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation :
- CTC: - 3.30 LPA- 3.80 LPA
