Job Description:
We are in search of a highly skilled Agency Sales Specialist to spearhead a team of agents, ensuring they consistently meet performance targets while delivering exceptional client service. This role requires strategic leadership, a keen eye for market opportunities, and a strong focus on driving business success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate a high-performing team of agents.
- Establish and oversee the achievement of ambitious sales targets for the agency.
- Ensure the delivery of superior customer service and efficiently resolve any client concerns.
- Strategize and execute marketing initiatives to bolster brand presence and foster business expansion.
- Ensure full compliance with organizational policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and performance evaluations to optimize team efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management, outlining progress and opportunities.
- Design and implement strategic plans to maximize sales, productivity, and profitability.
Required Qualifications :
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets and effectively managing teams.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating and guiding teams toward achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with both agents and clients.
