Agency Sales Role - General Insurance (1-7 yrs)
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
- Minimum 1 yr of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory from any Life / Health / General Insurance companies
- Atleast 1 Year Experience into Agency development / Channel Sales
- Candidate should be a resident of Pune for 3+ years
- Candidate should have good presentation skills
- Candidate should have Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel / Word)
