Job Description :
Leadership and Team Management :
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents to ensure they possess the skills, knowledge, and motivation to excel in their roles.
Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives through the agency channel.
Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing ongoing support, motivation, and recognition to foster loyalty and retention.
Compliance and Governance :
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices related to insurance sales and operations. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the quality and integrity of agency operations, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and agent productivity, providing insights and recommendations to management.
