Job Title: Agency Sales Manager - Insurance Sector
Job Summary:
As an Agency Sales Manager in the insurance sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of agents who sell insurance products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of agents to successfully sell insurance products by hiring, training, and supervising them.
- Create and implement a sales plan to hit your income goals.
- To increase the agency's clientele, locate and cultivate new business prospects.
- Keep an eye on market developments and rivalry behaviour to spot prospective threats or business possibilities.
- Achieve high levels of client satisfaction and retention by offering first-rate service.
- Establish and preserve solid connections with important clients and partners.
- To help agents perform better, conduct regular performance assessments and offer coaching and feedback.
- Work together with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to provide smooth customer service delivery.
- Compile reports on sales success and other important data, and submit them to high management.
- Make ensuring that corporate rules and procedures and regulatory requirements are followed
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales or BFSI.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to inspire and guide a team to success
- An established history of exceeding sales goals and growing customer base
- A strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting concepts, and regulatory requirements
- The ability to use sales tools and CRM software.
- The capacity to work under duress and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel as necessary
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
