Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
- Scouting sales professionals for Leading Life Insurance Client.
- Execution of sales strategy
- Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents/IMs
- Identify, recruit and manage Agents/IMs from the respective region
- Train and motivate Agents/IMs to provide a better understanding of market/products
- Monitor and review Agents/IMs performance. Help them achieve maximum business
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Graduation/Post Graduation Degree
Exp : Minimum 2-3 exp in sales, preferably from Insurance Background
- Experienced candidates with good background, selling skills and understanding of insurance industry. (Good Agents with strong insurance background can also be referred)
Knowledge and Skills desired :
- Technical/ Functional Essential: Experience in insurance sales, excellent Interpersonal Skills, basic knowledge on Computer Operations
Desirable: Knowledge about the insurance industry; Should be high on initiative; Well-groomed and confident
Behaviours to Key Decisions :
- Well groomed, confident, should have good communication skills and should be able to speak one regional language compulsorily (applicable for operating regions)
- Should have good public speaking and facilitation skills - able to address and motivate targeted segment/customers
- Should be well versed with the local language and the mapped area

- Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team of Agents/IMs
- Should be high on integrity and company values
