Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Sales of Health policies through the agency model.
- Recruit, Train Agents, and Generate business through them in the assigned territory
- Responsible for Licensing and tracking activation.
- Meet agents on a regular basis and maintain records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Need at least 2 year of field sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Must possess a bike and a valid driver's license.
