Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Agency Sales Manager.
Key Performers :
- Utilize strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Generate leads through various channels and networking.
- Lead and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Meet with potential clients to discuss insurance options with the channel sales team.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
Required Performers :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any field is preferred.
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in field sales or related areas.
- Effective leadership and management capabilities
