Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles:
- Hire advisors and agents.
- Managing the Team
- Oversee agents and advisors by providing them with appropriate coaching and training.
- To meet the premium targets, motivate agents and advisors and increase team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent, and case size.
- Working in the field to contact as many customers as possible
- Creating a network of committed leaders based on local potential
- Developing a rapport with the leader.
