As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales agents to achieve business goals and targets. You will be expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to constantly improve sales performance and increase market share

- Identify and tap potential markets through market analysis and research

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to individual team members to improve their sales skills and performance

- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies to stay ahead in the market

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation, as well as effective communication and coordination

- Participate in recruitment, training and onboarding of new sales agents

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen

- Insurance industry experience is a plus
