Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Sales Manager to join our team in the Insurance industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
