Description of the Job:
By locating possible customers and marketing insurance options, you will help the company expand in your role as Associate Development Manager. You will guarantee a smooth sales process and deliver first-rate customer service.
Principal Duties:
- Use a variety of sales channels to acquire and oversee a customer portfolio.
- Inform potential customers about insurance options and make recommendations based on their requirements.
- To offer specialized solutions, do individualized requirements assessments.
- Keep thorough sales records and produce activity reports on a regular basis.
- Reach and surpass personal sales goals within the allotted time frames.
Conditions:
- One to two years of financial services or insurance industry experience.
- Outstanding client-handling and communication abilities.
