Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
- Sales of Health policies of through the agency model.
- Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential agency partners, build and maintain relationships to expand the agency network.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of agency partners and provide feedback and coaching for improvement.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to track sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Age: 26-40 yrs
Qualification: Full Time Graduate/PG
Current Salary: Upto 6 LPA
