Agency Sales Manager - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Enable agency partners to successfully sell life insurance by providing lead creation, prospect qualification, and sales assistance.
Responsibilities :
- Take the initiative to start lead generation through networking, cold calling, and recommendations.
- Based on lead evaluation, evaluate and schedule appointments for agency partners.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the agency and clients.
- Support the creation of proposals and sales pitches.
- Keep up with changes in regulations and developments in the sector.
Requirements :
- The bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and bargaining skills.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and the legal system.
