Agency Sales Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
It is your responsibility to ensure client pleasure while motivating, coaching, and promoting sales success. In charge of hiring, educating, and overseeing a group of advisers to increase sales life.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Identify and onboard insurance advisors.
- Developing your sales team through motivation .
- Establish trusting bonds with advisors and clients.
- Create and implement sales strategy to meet organizational goals.
- Keep an eye on agent performance and offer any required direction.
- Boost sales performance with coaching and motivation.
Competencies & Requirements:
- a bachelor's degree, regardless of field.
- 1-5 years of marketing and sales experience.
- Ages 21 to 38 are the perfect range.
- strong leadership, negotiating, and communication abilities.
