Agency Sales Manager - BFS (5-13 yrs)
- Manage tele-calling team with close monitoring of Live calls and key focus on Sales
- Drive/guide the team to convince the customers to apply for the eligible products and push the leads to lenders
- Queue Management track to make sure all call queues getting assigned and cleared on daily basis
- Escalate to inhouse team and sort out the process issues raised by tele-calling team
- Identify and quickly sort out agency issues affecting the calling process
- Identify the training requirements based on the OIC performance
