Job Summary :

- The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the company's insurance products through a network of agents. They will manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and develop strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hire, develop, and oversee a group of agents to fulfil sales goals.

- Create and implement sales strategies for the business's insurance offerings.

- Establish trusting connections with customers to guarantee their delight.

- Provide agents continual coaching and assistance to help them perform better in sales.

- Track and examine sales data to spot areas that could use improvement.

- Create and put into action marketing strategies to advertise the company's goods and services.

- Evaluate each agent's performance on a regular basis and offer suggestions to help them perform better.

- Work together with other departments to make sure business operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.

- At least 3 years of Field sales & BFSI sector experience.

- Excellent management and leadership abilities.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- The capacity to create and implement sales strategy.

- Understanding of insurance products and rules governing the sector.
