Agency Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
- The Agency Relationship Manager - Agency Channel is responsible for developing, nurturing, and managing a robust network of insurance advisors/agents to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding of Advisors/Agents
- Build a strong pipeline of potential advisors by conducting recruitment drives, job fairs, and personal networking.
- Screen, interview, and select qualified individuals to join the advisor network.
- Ensure the timely onboarding and licensing of recruited advisors in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Training and Development of Advisors
- Design and deliver regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, regulatory compliance, and sales techniques.
- Coach advisors on identifying potential customers, closing sales, and providing post-sales service.
Market Development and Business Expansion
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to devise localized sales strategies.
- Expand the agency channel by exploring untapped markets within the assigned geography.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree In Any Field
- Minimum 2 Years Of Experience in Sales & Marketing
Age Will Be 21 To 38
