Agency Recruitment & Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Join India's Leading Insurance Company as an Agency Recruitment and Development Manager. We are looking for a motivated professional to drive our agency channel's growth.
Responsibilities :
- Recruitment : Identify and onboard high-potential insurance agents/advisors.
- Training & Development : Implement training programs to enhance agents' product knowledge and sales skills.
- Performance Monitoring : Assess and coach agents to improve performance.
- Sales Growth : Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Building : Maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Recruitment :
- Experience : 2 to 5 years in core sales and marketing, preferably in insurance .
- Education : Bachelor's degree.
- Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking.
- Attributes : Goal-driven, self-motivated, proactive.
- Education : Graduation required.
