The Agency Recruitment and Development Manager focuses on recruiting top talent for the agency channel, developing new agency partners, and enhancing the performance of existing teams. You will be responsible for driving recruitment, training, and ensuring that agencies are able to meet their sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit new agents and build a strong network of agencies.
- Develop and implement training programs for new agents.
- Help improve sales performance and retention within the agency network.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or agency management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach new agents.
