Agency Recruitment & Development Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
The Agency Recruitment and Development Manager is entrusted with the strategic and operational oversight of the agency recruitment lifecycle and the professional development of the recruited personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and administer structured training programs to elevate the technical competencies and productivity of agency personnel.
- Act as a liaison between the agency team and leadership, ensuring clarity in communication and alignment of goals.
