About the Role:
The Agency Network Development Manager will oversee the expansion and growth of the agency network, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, and consistent sales performance within the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency network.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new agency partners.
- Ensure agencies meet performance targets and adhere to business standards.
- Collaborate with regional and sales teams to drive network growth.
- Track agency performance and provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for network expansion.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in agency development or network expansion in BFSI.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in managing and developing agency networks.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
Compensation: - 3.20 LPA to - 3.80 LPA + incentives.
