Agency Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (3-4 yrs)
- To be successful as an agency manager, you should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A first-class agency manager should be able to inspire and motivate their team while maintaining a good image of the agency's brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contacting potential clients and presenting life insurance policies to them
- Assessing clients- insurance needs and providing them with customized solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with their insurance policies
- Educating clients about the different types of life insurance policies available to them
- Helping clients to complete the application process and submitting it to the underwriting department for approval
- Following up with clients regarding their policy status, claims, and renewals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
