Agency Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Details :
1. The Agency Manager will be responsible for handling a team of advisors and driving the development of a strong variable agency model in the assigned geography.
2. Achieving top-line revenue targets through the variable agency model and meeting renewal targets for the channel will be key responsibilities.
3. Candidates must have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products.
4. Prior experience in building and scaling a sales team is preferred, and fluency in Kannada and English is required.
