Job Summary
Responsibility is to enhance business in Agency/Tied channel through efficient handling of Branch along with Sales team and BAs to ensure accurate functioning of Operations & Branch activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling the Branches and Sales team i.e. FLS (Front Line Sales)
- To develop the agency channel in his branch
- Skills to identify potential customers
- Driving business of LI, FD, GI &MF
- Responsible for recruitment & training of FLS
- Ensuring compliance on all branch activities
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good Communication and Business Promotion skills
- Good in Networking & Relationship building
- Candidate Should be local and having experience of LI agency
- Minimum experience in Life Agency is approx. 6-8 years
- Preferred candidate with good stability
