Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in an insurance agency setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to meet sales targets and performance objectives.
- Develop and put into action plans for sales in order to increase market share, promote business growth, and hit revenue targets.
- Build and maintain solid connections with clients, including insurance agents, brokers, and other stakeholders, in order to foster business alliances and create new business prospects.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competition activity, and sales performance to spot areas for improvement. Regularly report to top management and solicit their input.
- Training, mentoring, and coaching sales team members will help them perform better and develop their abilities. This will also ensure that the team is prepared to meet sales goals.

- A bachelor's degree in any field.3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
