Job Description:
We are looking for an Agency Manager to oversee and manage a team of agents, ensuring they meet sales targets while providing quality service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and instruct a group of agents.
- Establish sales goals and keep an eye on the group's progress.
- Assure excellent client service and respond to issues.
- Oversee advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Verify compliance with industry rules and corporate standards.
- Agents should receive coaching and criticism.
- Send senior management performance reports on a regular basis.
- Create plans to increase revenue and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have completed Graduation.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
