Job Description:
An Agency Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of agents, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the agency.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address concerns.
- Oversee marketing efforts and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and give feedback.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Develop strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Qualification and Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
