Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibility is as follows:
- Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company
- Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan
- Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
- Ensure Active Adviser productivity is maintained as per the plan
- Understand, Monitor & Development the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression
- Generate Revenue a Acquire New Customers for Life Division
- Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
- Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis
- Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis
- Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.
- Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company.
Meet Business Targets:
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
- Improve agent productivity & persist-ency
- Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
Customer Centricity:
- Be a brand ambassador & a customer champion
- Follow Co. sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty
- Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
- Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per Co. standard.
Note:
Age Below 30-35, No Employment Gap more than 90 days, CTC: 2 - 2.6lpa + incentives, for any location in AP & Telangana, (Experience BFSI Sales). Candidates from HDFC Bank / HDB Finiancials / Tata AIA are not eligible for HDFCBB & HDFC Securities & Phone Banking.
