Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
To be successful as an agency manager, you should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A first-class agency manager should be able to inspire and motivate their team while maintaining a good image of the agency's brand.
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Meet potential POSP insurance agents in respective geographical assignments.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution and coordinate with the Operations HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales process
- Identify and recruit potential Insurance Advisors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- CTC upto 4 LPA
