Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- The area manager oversees operations at specific places for an insurance company or another kind or service. They are responsible for monitoring staff efficiency and implementing important business goals, which include revenue growth, enhancing service to consumers, or introducing fresh goods.
Responsibility :
- Additional agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
- Planning and Goal Setting holds review sessions and wake-up conferences as necessary.
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Training and mentoring for partner agencies
- Examining the trends in the marketplace and industry at the moment and using what you learn to grow your firm.
- Design a target once a month action plan.
- Dissect the strategy in light of the potential of the insurance advisors.
Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduation
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field sales/marketing/BFSI/Insurance
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + incentives + benefits
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
